How we got here
We're a family-run currency exchange at 30 Jubilee Market Hall in Covent Garden. We help customers buy travel money and exchange leftover currency, online and at our counter.
The currency exchange market had a reputation problem: confusing rates, hidden fees, and service that felt transactional rather than personal. We wanted to be the antidote to all of that.
So we did something radical — we were honest. We showed our rates clearly, explained our margins, and treated every customer like someone we hoped would come back. And they did. In fact, they brought their friends.
We've never run an advertising campaign. Not one. Every customer found us through recommendation — a colleague who mentioned us, a review on Google or Trustpilot, a friend who said “go see the people in Jubilee Market Hall.” That's the business we built, and it's the one we intend to keep.
