To guarantee the click and Collect rate you have to pay by Bank Transfer. If you choose to pay by cash you are subject to the board rates in the store which are lower than our online rates. Debit card payments are subject to stock availability. We usually stock euros and dollars but for all other currencies you have to pay in advance via Bank Transfer.

ID is required for Collection please bring ID and Proof of Address (we will not hand over the currency without ID).

Step 1 (Order Currency)

Select your currency amount and add to your basket complete the form and place your order. Expect an email confirmation from us within minutes (BT/Hotmail accounts please check spam). Email instructions will tell you how to transfer funds to our account.

Step 2 (Bank Transfer Payment)

Pay for your Currency by Bank Transfer, Faster Payment, internet or telephone banking, BACS, CHAPS or directly over the bank counter. Faster Payments is a FREE service offered by most banks now and ususally allows us to see your payment quicker than other methods.

Step 3 - (ID Compliance Collection)

We will send you a email to confirm when payment has been received. You can come along and collect your currency on the date and time requested in line with our Collection Rules. You must bring along two forms of ID.

Cash Payments

If you choose to pay by cash you are subject to the board rates in store which are lower than our online rates. We usually stock Euros and Dollars if you require any other Currency you must pre order and pay by bank transfer.

Collection Rules (Bank Transfer Payments)

Euro and Dollars Paid by 10.00am - Collection after 12.00pm

All other Currencies Paid by 10am - Collection after 1.00pm

Euro and Dollars Paid by 1.00pm - Collection after 4.00pm

All Other Currencies Paid by 1.00pm - Collection 5.00pm (subject to availability)

All payments received after 1.00pm - *NEXT DAY

Our process will automatically generate email requesting 2 forms of identification when:-

• ID is required for all orders over £2500 Including Linked Transactions over 12 month period.
• ID is required Unable verify customer, if we cannot link customer to address.
• ID is required for CLICK AND COLLECT regardless of the amount.
• ID is required for LONDON DELIVERIES regardless of the amount.
• ID is required for BUY BACK regardless of the amount.
• ID is required for DEBIT CARD regardless of the amount.
• ID is required to obtain a REFUND.

You MUST present your ID in person when collecting no exceptions We will not release any currency or pay a customer without compliance in place.

• £2,500 or more:
  Valid Passport or Valid Driving Licence, Proof of Address dated within the Last Three Months.
  
  
• £5,000 or more:
  £5k Large Transaction Form, Valid Passport or Valid Driving Licence, Proof of Address dated Within The Last Three Months.
  
  
• £9,000 or more:
  £9k Large Transaction Form, Valid Passport or Valid Driving Licence, Proof of Address dated Within The Last Three Months and Source of Funds.
