We can only guarantee this rate if the transaction is done by 6pm same day (look below for buy back by post instructions.) If you do not pre book you will be given a shop rate which will be different.

 How can I get these rates?*

You can do this by coming to our Covent Garden branch or by sending the currency to our Office using Royal Mail Special Delivery service.

Buy Back by Post

We will give you the rate offered provided the money is with us within 24 hours of the order. We will make payment in your bank within 48 hours. Please be sure to include your account and sort code when you mail the currency to us. We will confirm the transaction by email but please don't hesitate to call if you have any questions.

For amounts over £5000 sterling equivalent a copy of a passport or driving licence will be required. (send by post or email). We cannot proceed without proof of ID if you don’t provide this information.
