“WHY WOULD YOU EVER GO ELSEWHERE?”

COVENT GARDEN FX are most amazing to deal with. Many people may wonder if buying foreign currency on line from this company is secure, or what they would feel comfortable with. I can only speak personally and say 'They are MAGIC'
As a 'dim oldie' I needed advice, therefore, I telephoned the company, as I prefer to chat to someone rather than do everything initially on line. The amazing staff talked me through the whole process (bank transfer etc). What gems they are. Nothing was 'too much' trouble.
Use this company with confidence knowing that they are giving you the best value I ever find on line, rapid delivery and should you wish to call at their shop whilst in Covent Garden,they will treat you in a really friendly manner as a respected client.

"like most people (at least those over the age of 50 with a natural mistrust of 'online anything') i was concerned about the risk of putting a stack of cash in the post and sending it to a company (along with my bank account details) I didn't know from Adam. But with a rate as good as they were offering, i figured i just had to make the leap. Of course it was fine, (how long would they be in business if it weren't?) The very next day after i sent it, the money appeared in my bank account. And i'd been littered with reassuring emails all the way. Over £100 MORE than i would have got if i taken the cowards way out and gone the old post office counter. Do it, don't fret, it'll be fine."

Also if you have any questions you speak to a person on the phone and not press this number and that number before you get to speak to someone which is a plus unlike someother sites. Excellent, coped with my change of address etc in a friendly but professional manner.
I did a web comparison for best exchange rate for £'s to Euros and this came out at Covent Garden FX. As a first time customer and having changed address but not telephone numbers on my Internet banking things were a bit complex but Covent Garden FX guided me on the telephone and between us we were able to comply with all T & C's and money laundering safeguards etc. My Euros arrived at my specified time and I will certainly use and recommend them in future. This is the second time I've used Covent Garden FX and I have never been disappointed, the rate was the best so far, the transaction was done in an efficient and effective way and when I picked up my currency, the service just got better in other words absolutely excellent!!!!. My buy back transaction with Covent Garden FX was simple and fuss free and provided me with £85 more than selling back to the Post Office.
The staff were very pleasant too which is always a bonus.
Was there a downside? Yes, I spent an unhappy couple of hours adding up how much I had lost over the past few years by not using CGFX!!

Ordered money on the Tuesday and asked for it to be delivered on the Friday so that someone would be in the house. Paid by bank transfer and with two hours go the conformation they had received the money. The currency was sent out on the day I specified with no problems. All in all it was a brilliant service, hassle free.

Outstanding fast service!
I was very dubious about putting a load of money in the post. I had a load of Euros to change back to sterling and wanted the best rate. After reading some reviews I went for it. Not only did I get the best rate around, the money was in my account with 24 hours of me sending it.

Best exchange rate and fast service
I chose this company because they offered the best value for money to buy back the Brazilian currency I had. I used a comparison website to search for potential companies and Covent Garden FX came out on top. They were very fast and changed my money for pound sterling almost instantly.
One piece of advice: the business is located at the other side of Covent Garden from where Google Maps says it is located.

Could not ask for more
Normally to get a premium service I expect to pay a little or a lot more, but the reverse is true in this instance. I got the best rate of exchange I could find and with no problems attached.
The process was extremely efficient and simple. Everything was timely and my dollars arrived pronto on the day requested. Will use again.

Rapid efficient service, does exactly what it says on the tin
i was a bit hesitant to send a lot of foreign currency in the mail, but now ive used this service twice to sell my euros as they were had the best rates in the UK. Very easy to use and quick pick up
Simple online process, no need to pre-pay, just asks for the currency and it will be ready to pick up. Team in Covent Garden are very friendly and the process is quick and efficient

Trustworthy and easy to use I was quite nervous about ordering currency over the internet and although I had read the previous reviews, you never know someone from Covent Garden could have written them. The rate of exchange offered was very good and I thought I would give it a go. I contacted the office after I had placed the order - to see that it had gone OK and that someone was actually tracking what I had done. I was immediately put at ease and given confidence that the transaction would go ahead as expected. The very next day (before 1pm) the money arrived. Brilliant
I had $3000 to change to sterling and the difference between these and the post office was almost £200! I was wary about putting this much in the post but got it insured etc. as it happens my worries were unfounded as it arrived there the next morning and the sterling equivalent was in my account by lunchtime. Will absolutely use again.

Firstly, a query about the web site was answered professionally and courteously. My order was then dealt with promptly and confirmation of receipt of funds was e-mailed immediately. Order placed 5.00pm Monday and delivered 7.30am Wednesday.
Also, the best $ rate around at the time.

I was a bit worried as never used them before. I called the telephone number just to make sure it was an actual company. I then put in my order for my dollars. I received emails on the easy steps I had to follow, eg : confirming address and proof of I'd. Then my money was delivered on the date I asked for. Super service thank you to all at Covent garden fx.

I am £40 richer
Very simple and easy to use. Like the other reviews point out you have to get over the posting of cash and trust the special delivery service. The next day they transferred the funds and the rate I got was significantly better (about 10%) than the high street. I will use again.

Brilliant rates and speedy service
I discovered CGFX on Moneysaving Expert so I figured they would be reputable; fortunately they were. I used their currency buy-back service to exchange CDN to GBP and was offered a 12.5% better rate than Post Office/Natwest. I sent the cash by Special Delivery and the funds were deposited in my account by the next morning! Keep up the good work, thanks.

Fantastic Service
We had some doubts to ordering money over the internet, all unfounded. Covent Garden FX were fantastic, quick and prompt. Even when we called because we got worried after we deposited the money Sam at the end of the phone was great, reassuring us that all was good, he was right.
