Click and Collect and Debit Card payment
To guarantee the click and Collect rate you have to pay by Bank Transfer. If you choose to pay by cash you are subject to the board rates in the store which are lower than our online rates.
Debit card payments are subject to £1 fee and are subject to stock availability. Please continue to fill this form in if you wish to pay by Debit Card at the counter (up to £2500) and and as long as you arrive by 6pm you will get that online rate. We usually stock euros and dollars but for all other currencies you have to pay in advance via Bank Transfer.
ID is required for Collection please bring 2 forms of ID and Proof of Address (we will not hand over the currency without ID).
ID is required for COLLECTION regardless of the amount.
Collection Rules (Bank Transfer Payments)
Euro and Dollars Paid by 10.00am - Collection after 12.00pm
All other Currencies Paid by 10am - Collection after 1.00pm
Euro and Dollars Paid by 1.00pm - Collection after 4.00pm
All Other Currencies Paid by 1.00pm - Collection 5.00pm (subject to availability)
All payments received after 1.00pm - *NEXT DAY
All payments received after 1.00pm( non euro/dollar ) can ONLY be collected the following day from 1pm
Payments with debit card or cash are subject to stock availability. We strongly advise you to pay by bank transfer during this busy period to avoid disappointment
Step 1
Select your currency amount and add to basket.Expect an email confirmation from us within minutes (BT/Hotmail mail accounts please check spam). Email instructions will tell you how to transfer funds to our account, unless you are paying by debit card
Step 2
Euro and Dollar paid by bank transfer will be reserved for you. Orders can be paid by debit card or cash at the shop BUT THESE ARE NOT RESERVED OR GUARANTEED and will be our board rates. We will honour the online rate for debit cards up to £2500 as long as the currency pick up form is completed and you arrive at the shop the same day All other currencies have to be paid for in advance by bank transfer.
Step 3
We will send you email to confirm payment received. You can come along and collect your currency on date and time requested in line with our Collection Rules.
ID REQUIRED
Our process will automatically generate email requesting 2 forms of identification when:-
- ID is required for all orders over £2500 Including Linked Transactions over 12 month period.
- ID Is required Unable verify customer, if we cannot link customer to address.
- ID is required for CLICK AND COLLECT regardless of the amount.
- ID is required for LONDON DELIVERIES regardless of the amount
- ID is required for BUY BACK regardless of the amount.
- ID is required for DEBIT CARD regardless of the amount.
- ID is required to obtain a REFUND
You MUST present your ID in person when collecting no exceptions We will not release any currency or pay a customer without compliance in place.
-£2,500 or Unable to validate customer address = Valid Passport or Valid Driving Licence, Proof of address dated within the Last Three Months.
-£5,000 or more = Valid Passport or Valid Driving Licence, Proof of Address dated Within The Last Three Months, complete £5k Large Transaction form.
-£9,000 or more = Valid Passport or Valid Driving Licence, Proof of Address dated Within The Last Three Months and proved evidence to show your Source of Funds, complete £9k Large Transaction Form.
