Step 1 - Order Payment

• Fill out the online information with currency amount and your home address and complete the form. 
• Standard Delivery is £6 or free if the parcel is over £750.  We can only send a maximum of £7500 per day per person. 

•  Expect an email confirmation from us within minutes(BT/Hotmail mail accounts please check spam.) 

• If you ask for a delivery on a Monday please note these orders are sent out on the last Special Delivery service on Friday and your order (if it is a home address) may arrive on the Saturday.Call us if you would like us to change the day. Work address will arrive on the Monday.

Step 2 - Compliance Identification Check 

We will email you when we have received your payment then we complete our compliance checks to verify your identity against the payment we have received and request ID if required under the Anti Money Laundering Regulations (below for rules).

If you require delivery to an office address we will email you after you have paid the order for your ID.

Step 3 - Dispatch

Once dispatched we email you the Royal Mail tracking number by 6pm on day of dispatch so you can keep an eye on it the whole way through the delivery system. Delivery is by Royal Mail next day delivery and is under their terms once dispatched. See Royal Mail website for further details.

Delivery will be made following day between 8am-1pm.  The parcel will turn up with your normal postman and have to be signed for.

Royal Mail Next day Guaranteed is an excellent and reliable service. For peace of mind allow yourself 1 days grace in the event of a delay but these are extremely rare.Covent Garden FX is bound by Royal Mail Terms if items are delayed.

Working days are Monday to Friday. Exceptions apply on Bank Holidays.

Next Day Delivery Rules

Payment received (Cleared in bank) by 2pm for next day delivery.

Payments received after 2pm will be sent out the following day.

Payments received (Cleared in bank) after 2pm Fridays will be sent out the following Monday.

ID Requirements

Asking for ID does not slow down the process of dispatching/collecting your currency unless we do not hear from you. These are dealt with very quickly

Our process will automatically generate email requesting 2 forms of identification when:-

• ID is required for all orders over £2500 Including Linked Transactions over 12 month period. 
• ID Is required Unable verify customer, if we cannot link customer to address.
• ID is required for CLICK AND COLLECT regardless of the amount.
• ID is required for LONDON DELIVERIES regardless of the amount
• ID is required for BUY BACK regardless of the amount.
• ID is required for DEBIT CARD regardless of the amount.
• ID is required to obtain a REFUND

We will not release any currency or pay a customer without compliance in place.

-£2,500 or Unable to validate customer address = Valid Passport or Valid Driving Licence, Proof of address dated within the Last Three Months.

-£5,000 or more = Valid Passport or Valid Driving Licence, Proof of Address dated Within The Last Three Months, complete £5k Large Transaction form.

-£9,000 or more = Valid Passport or Valid Driving Licence, Proof of Address dated Within The Last Three Months and proved evidence to show your Source of Funds, complete £9k Large Transaction Form.
